Who was supposed to answer?
When messages, deadlines, and tasks become scattered, a change of responsibility may require rebuilding the history.
LAW OFFICES AND LEGAL DEPARTMENTS
We integrate your office systems, develop applications, and apply artificial intelligence (AI) to customer service and document retrieval, using criteria defined by your team.
Consulting, implementation, and support using the tools you already use.
A CONNECTED OPERATION
Context follows demand.Situations in which we can help.
When messages, deadlines, and tasks become scattered, a change of responsibility may require rebuilding the history.
If minutes and guidelines circulate in multiple versions, organizing sources and permissions helps the team find the correct reference.
When the same data needs to be re-entered, integrations and indicators can help to check for pending issues and monitor the work.

WHAT FOLLOWS WITH THE DEMAND
Automation handles the preparation and forwarding. Legal review and deadline validation remain with the responsible professionals.
BYTEBIO'S WORK
Consulting defines priorities and feasibility. Implementation connects tools and delivers the combined applications. Support monitors usage, troubleshoots, and the evolution of what was contracted.
We organize the CRM (customer relationship management) system and connect it to the office's service channels and systems. AI can classify requests and prepare responses according to criteria defined with the team.
The team takes over the conversation with the history and associated documents already in place.
We organize sources, versions, and permissions. Assisted querying of the internal database helps find templates, clauses, and procedures, indicating their origin and review by the team.
An approved template can be located without depending on who knows which folder it's in.
We build custom applications, such as a portal for receiving documents or tracking requests. We integrate tasks and finances and organize indicators with identified sources, according to the available interfaces and permissions.
A portal can display the authorized status to the client, while the same data feeds into internal reporting. This is a possible use case, defined in the project.
CONTROL AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Governance means defining who has access, who validates, and what is recorded. This design is incorporated into the project from the very beginning.
We classify requests, locate authorized content, and prepare responses for review. We define the limits of each use and the appropriate course of action when information is missing.
We mapped permissions by profile, required data, and access logs. An AI database needs to respect these same rules, including when retrieving document excerpts.
The switch is not a requirement. We evaluate the integration interfaces, access, and usage conditions of each tool. When there is a limitation, we present the impact and alternatives before defining the delivery.
The project includes logging, alerts, and exception handling according to the scope. This allows the team to identify what hasn't been processed and ensure it can be resumed.
Internal base / Advisory
Assisted consultation with source and history.
EXPERIENCE THAT SUPPORTS THE METHOD
In a published project, the Bytebio It organized dispersed sources, defined those responsible for the content, and connected the AI to the structured database. This attention to information also guides the design of a legal operation.
