Construction became quick. Sustainability remains a matter of engineering.
We review, correct, and deploy apps and systems built with Base44, Lovable, Claude Code, Codex, and other tools. We ensure security, integrate with your existing systems, and provide a dedicated account holder after delivery.
The AI already builds the application. It doesn't take responsibility for it.
Each stage has a defined deliverable and acceptance criteria: what needs to be working for it to be considered completed. The X-ray is the entry point; the others come in when they make sense.

Put into production
Critical fixes, separate environments, backups, monitoring, and the integrations the app needs.
You will receive: The app is live, with acceptance criteria and documentation.
Project with scope derived from X-ray
3
Custom development
New features, integration with CRM and ERP, or rebuilding in Base44 or custom code.
You will receive: Deliveries in stages, each with its own acceptance criteria.

App support
Monitoring, keeping AI costs under control, updates and support.
You get: Someone who responds when something goes wrong, and an app that improves as it runs.
No step is mandatory. If the app doesn't exist yet, we start with diagnosing the process.
Prototype and production
What changes when the app goes into production?
The screen may be the same. What changes is what's behind it, and that's what determines whether the app can handle real customers.
In prototype In production
Chaves
In the prototype: AI and payment keys in the code that runs in the browser.
In production: Keys are stored on the server, out of reach of those using the app.
Access
In the prototype: Every logged-in user can see everything.
In production: Each role only sees what it is allowed to see.
News
In the prototype: The change will directly affect the user.
In production: Separate testing environment, change approved, and safe rollback.
Data
In the prototype: No backup was restored.
In production: Backup restored during testing.
Failures
In the prototype: The error appears when the customer complains.
In production: Alert the customer before they even notice.
IA
In the prototype: The app assistant with no spending limit.
In production: Usage limit and cost dashboard
Integrations
In the prototype: The order is re-entered into the CRM and ERP systems.
In production: Integration with CRM and ERP systems, with a record of what came in and where it came from.
Knowledge
In the prototype: Only those who built it know how it works.
In production: Documentation, acceptance criteria, and training for your team.

Base44, Lovable, Claude Code, Codex and others
We work with the app where it was made. Of the tools mentioned here, the Bytebio We only have an official link with Base44, through the embassy; in the others, we entered as independent engineers.
Platforms that build and publish

The app originates from a conversation and usually comes with a database, login, and publishing capabilities. It's fast, which is why access and data decisions are made later.
What we look at closely
Database access rules that prevent one user from reading another user's data.
Keys that remained in the browser code
Server functions, webhooks, and usage limits.

Where it can go: fix and continue on the platform, or take the code to your own repository and hosting.
Agents that write to your repository.

The code is stored in the team's repository, and the agent writes quickly. The concern lies in what gets submitted without review.
What we look at closely
Testing critical flows, such as login and payment.

Where it can go: independent review before publishing, the testing and publishing path, and sustainability.
Base44, with the embassy
Saulo Amui, CEO of Bytebio, is a Base44 Ambassador in Brazil, in the Founding Class. We design, build, and maintain business applications on Base44 and review existing apps.
Sometimes fixing something costs more than redoing it. The recommendation comes with the reasons, and the decision is yours.
Correct where it is.
When the foundation is good and the problems are isolated: access rules, keys, testing, and backups.
The app remains on the platform where it originated.
Reconstruct in Base44
When it's a business application, such as a dashboard, portal, approval workflow, or internal tool, what already exists doesn't make sense to fix. The database, login, and hosting are already included with the platform.
A Bytebio It is responsible for the architecture, the integrations, and the structural support.
Move to own code
When the app is the product: it has its own business rules, scale, or hosting and data requirements that demand complete control.
With the code in your company's repository.
Responsibility
How do we account for what we deliver?
Building is the quick part. What the Bytebio Selling means continuing to respond through the app after delivery.
History of each change and the app's AI response.
Changes approved by the people, with a safe reversal strategy.
Alert when an integration for
Data processed in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), with access via paper-based system.
Documentation and training so your team doesn't have to depend on us.
Since 2009
The same engineering underpins the products in production at the company:
If you just want to fix a specific error at the lowest price, if the app doesn't yet have users or real data, or if no one in the company is responsible for it, another approach will serve you better.
FAQ
What questions do people usually ask about custom apps and systems?
Apps and systems
What is vibe coding?
It's about building software by describing to an AI what you want, through conversation, and letting it write the code. Tools like Base44, Lovable, Bolt, and Replit build the entire app this way; Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor work within the programmer's repository. The result arrives quickly, and the responsibility for it remains with whoever puts it into use.
Do you only review existing apps, or do you also build them from scratch?
Both. We review and put into production existing apps, and we design and build custom business systems, in Base44 or in our own code, integrated with the company's CRM and ERP. When the app already exists, we start with an App X-ray ; when it doesn't yet exist, with a process diagnosis.
What tools do you use?
With apps and systems built using Base44, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools, as well as code written in the traditional way. Of those that appear here, the Bytebio has an official link only with Base44In the first case, we went through the embassy; in the second, we entered as independent engineering firms.
Are you taking over an app that someone else built?
Yes. We start with the App X-ray , which shows what needs to be fixed before proceeding and provides a recommendation between fixing, rebuilding, or migrating.
Does my app need to be removed from the platform it was developed in?
Not always. Often it's possible to correct the situation and continue where it is. The recommendation comes from the X-ray assessment, with the reasons given, and the decision is yours.
Do you integrate the app with our CRM and ERP systems?
Yes. Integrating the CRM, ERP, and APIs that the company already uses is part of the daily routine. Bytebio, with a record of what came in and where it came from. See the system integrations.
Hiring
How much?
The App X-ray has a fixed scope and investment before it begins, by tier, according to the app's size and what it touches. Subsequent steps are budgeted based on the scope that falls outside of it, and the cost of the X-ray is deducted if you proceed with the next steps. Bytebio.
How long will it take for the first delivery to arrive?
The deadline comes from the X-ray review, along with the scope and acceptance criteria. We don't promise a deadline before reviewing the app.
What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?
In the Support process , there is a defined channel and responsible party as outlined in the contract. We investigate the cause and document what was done.
And if we want to proceed without the Bytebio?
We document and train your team. We stay with you for as long as you need, without creating dependencies.
How to begin?
Via WhatsApp : describe what the app does, what tools it was developed for, and who uses it. The initial conversation takes 30 minutes, and from it comes the proposal for the App's X-ray.
Start with the App's X-ray.
You don't need to hire everything at once. We start with the review, and the other steps come in when they make sense.
Scope and investment finalized before commencement.
